1.ให้เรากลับไปใช้ ie เดิมก่อน ไปที่ control panel ---- program and feature
เลือก view install update เลือก internet explore 11 แล้วเลือก uninstall
2.reset ie โดยไปที่ โปรแกรม ie
Tool --  Internet option เลือก Advance
เลือก Rest
และ Restore Advance setting
